The average tax return has hundreds of bits of information that needs to be communicated from you to us and from us to the government. This communication needs to be accurate, efficient and timely. For over 30 years we have honed our systems and trained our people to ensure that the information we send to the government meets all three of these requirements.
The software we use is the most reputable and the most versatile in our industry. It is also the highest priced. We are committed to only using the best software because it allows us to handle the most complex tax returns in the most efficient and effective manner. Also, the technical support they offer means that if there is something a client needs, we have the backup expertise to see that it is done properly.
The information you give us is first organized and entered into our computer. A draft return is prepared and reviewed by one of our associates. Missing information and questions are identified and the information in the computer is updated when the outstanding issues are resolved. Then, returns and the supporting documentation move to the client manager who has met with you and developed your plan. He or she performs a detailed review of the returns to assure the accuracy of the information presented and the consistency with the plan that was developed. When the client manager is satisfied that the tax returns are accurate and represent the lowest practical tax liability, the returns are sent to our administrative staff for printing and assembly. When the final returns are assembled the client manager gives them one last review, signs them and forwards them to you for your approval.
